The foundation of our Human Resources policy is to attract human resources to Midas that will create added value for the activities carried out to achieve the company’s goals, to develop the existing human resources both personally and professionally, and to maintain commitment and loyalty to Midas values.<\/p>

As Human Resources, we aim to:
\u00b7 Create a workforce profile that possesses the necessary competencies in their field, is highly motivated, innovative, open to change, responsible towards society, nature, and the environment, and adheres to moral values and ethical principles,

Recruitment and Placement<\/h5>

Our goal in the recruitment process is to bring on board employees who fit the Midas culture, are reliable, embrace disciplined work, fully meet the competencies required by the job, and will make a difference with their performance. We aim to implement the philosophy of \u201cthe right person for the right job\u201d by evaluating candidates both based on job requirements and their behavioral tendencies.<\/p>

Performance evaluation<\/h5>

In order to align company objectives with employee goals, Midas implements a performance evaluation system.
Throughout the year, employees are monitored by their immediate supervisors and managers. Performance reviews are conducted through mutual meetings between the employee and their supervisors, where the employee’s performance and the achievement rate of their personal goals are assessed based on predefined criteria and competencies. Based on the results obtained, necessary training and development plans are prepared.<\/p>
