Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (\u201cKVKK\u201d) titled \u2018Data Controller\u2019s Obligation to Inform\u2019, M\u0130DAS HED\u0130YEL\u0130K E\u015eYA SANAY\u0130 VE T\u0130CARET ANON\u0130M \u015e\u0130RKET\u0130\u2019(\u201cM\u0130DAS\u201d), the data controller, is obliged to inform the data owners about its identity, the purpose of processing personal data, persons to whom personal data are transferred and the purpose of transfer, the method and legal grounds of collection of personal data, and the rights set forth under Article 11.
