HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTICES

Recruitment and Placement

Our goal in the recruitment process is to bring on board employees who fit the Midas culture, are reliable, embrace disciplined work, fully meet the competencies required by the job, and will make a difference with their performance. We aim to implement the philosophy of “the right person for the right job” by evaluating candidates both based on job requirements and their behavioral tendencies.

Performance Evaluation
Midas implements a performance evaluation system to ensure the integration of company goals with employee goals. Throughout the year, employees are monitored by their immediate supervisors and managers. Through mutual discussions with their supervisors, the employee’s performance and the achievement of personal goals are assessed based on pre-determined criteria and competencies. Based on the results obtained, necessary training and development plans are prepared.

Training and Development
The primary purpose of our Training and Development activities is to support our employees in being the best at what they do and to help them add knowledge, skills, and competencies to their personal development.
