MİDAS, one of the leading company of the Turkish jewelry sector, was founded in 1983 in a 200 m² workshop located in Istanbul’s Çemberlitaş district. By transitioning from workshop production to industrial manufacturing, MİDAS played a pivotal role in initiating a new era of transformation in the jewelry industry.
Recognized globally as one of the most trusted brands, MİDAS leads the wholesale market in both machine-made and handcrafted solid and hollow chains. Additionally, by blending various technologies with artisanal craftsmanship, MİDAS produces elegant and refined fantasy jewelry. The MİDAS name is synonymous in the industry with wholesale solid chains, hollow chains, and fantasy jewelry.
What started as a small workshop with 20 jewelry employees specialized has grown into a 15,000 m² state-of-the-art production facility, employing 340 staff members. Our U.S. headquarters is responsible for managing sales across North America and distributing to national retailers.
MİDAS not only drives new trends with its extensive range of chains and fantasy jewelry created by expert designers but also meets its customers custom design requests. Our production capabilities ensure that we meet, and often exceed, customer expectations.

Responsible Jewellery Council Membership

In 2016, MİDAS reinforced its commitment to ethical business practices, sustainability, and responsible supply chain management by joining the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and becoming a certified member. IoT and Industry 4.0 Applications

In 2019, as part of its digital transformation strategy, MİDAS implemented Industry 4.0 applications and established IoT (Internet of Things) systems. This innovative move introduced smart automation and data integration into production processes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. IoT technologies allowed machines and devices to communicate with each other, making production processes more traceable, optimized, and predictable. Performance Evaluation
Midas implements a performance evaluation system to ensure the integration of company goals with employee goals. Throughout the year, employees are monitored by their immediate supervisors and managers. Through mutual discussions with their supervisors, the employee’s performance and the achievement of personal goals are assessed based on pre-determined criteria and competencies. Based on the results obtained, necessary training and development plans are prepared.
